CMD recognises that implementation is a considerable challenge for many people, hence CMD has employed coach/supervisors who can work with ministers or their staff to assist them in the development and implementation of ministry plans in church life.
This can be done one-to-one or as ‘peer coaching’ in coaching/supervision groups (Please see Group Coaching/Supervision drop down menu for more information on this)

The 2024 fee for this package is $3,000 p.a.

- Personal and/or congregational add-ons tailored to your situation
The 2024 fee for this package is $5,000 p.a.
