Church Diagnostics & Consultation

The Centre for Ministry Development (CMD) helps churches to conduct assessments of their church and ministries using data from surveys.

We often assist churches to utilise and interpret their NCLS survey data and local census data to assess the current ministry and identify strategic opportunities for the church.

We have developed the confidential  Church Diagnostic Survey in conjunction with Effective Ministry (EM) to assist Senior Pastors reflect on and evaluate their personal leadership and an overview of the whole church ministry.

Our CMD Consultants, provide consultation, coaching and mentoring to churches. We often work with Church Leaders, staff lay leaders and regularly facilitate development, planning and training for groups on site (see Continuing Professional Development (Training)).

The consultations provide a structured learning program for effective ministry, with an evidence-based approach, to assist ministers and lay leaders in implementing best-practice in their ministries and developing skills in areas of need in their particular church context.
