This workshop is a free self-directed Nominator (or search committee) training workshop. This comes after so many queries over the years from people who are either looking for new positions, or people searching for leaders for their church. Knowing that the local church is so important in God’s mission in the world, CMD is passionate about seeing the right people serving in the right places at the right times.
Accordingly, we are delighted to be making this free, self-directed online training workshop available. This workshop is ideal for those entrusted with the responsibility of finding a new Senior Minister (or equivalent). It is also ideal for the many who wish to train dormant panels for the time when they will be activated. And it is also great resource for all in ministry to be aware of and upskill themselves for the future.
The online training workshop has been developed by CMD consultants, and in conjunction with bishops and lay people who have experience being Nominators.
