This program is developed to assist ministers to transition from an Assistant Minister position into the very challenging and unique role of a Rector. It involves:
- A two day induction course to create an understanding the key change associated with this new role
- A two year curriculum to equip the Rector in key skills required for this new role
- Provision of a Mentor to support the Rector through the two year period and support them in implementation
- Establishing a cohort of new Rectors that can support each other as they journey through this new role
